This is a big one, especially now. They seemed to be taking it seriously. Anti-viral cleaning products, Daily disinfection in common areas, Hand sanitizer, Hygiene certification, Physical distancing of at least 1 meter, Professional-grade sanitizing services, Room sanitization opt-out available, Rooms sanitized between stays, Safe dining setup, Sanitized kitchen and tableware items, Staff trained in safety protocol, and Sterilizing equipment. Seriously, I felt safe. Cashless payment service is good too. And there's a Doctor/nurse on call and a First aid kit, just in case you're extra clumsy like me and spill red wine on yourself.
